We value every reader, parent, and educator who chooses our books and resources. Each order is handled with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Because our products are printed and shipped on demand, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the defect or damage

Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Orders placed in error (wrong title, quantity, or format selected)

  • Normal wear and tear from handling or shipping

  • Items returned without prior approval
